Food is really good , I went for the baked potato and brisket, ambience was nice..

Ordered loaded baked potatoes and they were undercooked and COLD, cheese didnt even melt. Food has been good before so I don't know what happened today. Potatoes were hard had to use silverware because plasticware provided didn't "cut it"

I would recomend for nobody to eat here. We moved to three different tables and they were all dirty. What that means is that nobody is cleaning or sanitizing the tables. We sat and ate our food and finished our meals and yet no one came to sanitize the tables and that is beacuse other guest showed up to eat at those same tables. In my experience the brisket was very dry the, the macaroni and cheese was bland and they even managed to make the cheese dry. I would not recomend these place to anyone but if you dont believe me come test the waters yourself.

Great food, huge servings. No bottomless soda though, just tea and lomonade. Sodas in cans.

One of the worst barbecue places I've been to. Meat tasted like it was cooked yesterday, sides were a joke, tea was off. Never going back.

Love Willie's, had our last take out meal Saturday. Was delicious, as usual great service and always with a friendly smile. Leaving the valley for home in Mo. Will be back in Dec. and will definitely have some Willie's bbq

The ribs were good, but the brisket and chicken were pretty dry. Lots of food though. I guess it’s Texas BBQ...

I’ve been driving to Willie B’s from Brownsville for years, now. If it’s your first time eating there, I highly recommend their baked potato w/ brisket. The potato is huge, fully loaded, and you’re able to choose a meat (fajita, brisket, or chicken). Of course, they also have their famous bbq; so you’ll enjoy whatever you decide to eat. Enjoy!!!

Best BBQ in Alamo, I recommend the stuffed potato with either fajita or brisket. Also moist brisket is the way to go and definitely can't get enough BBQ sauce.....don't even question it buy a bottle!

I came here with some co-workers looking for something different to try since we're from out of town. I was very impressed with the look of the restuarant and I love the open kitchen. The prices of the meals were very decent I had 3 sides with my choice of meat very generous portions and paid about $10. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who is looking for great food and good prices with a friendly staff!

Based my decision to visit this restaurant on the reviews it received. However, the barbeque that we had (brisket) was tough and dry. Presentation is nice, but they should let their meats smoke a bit longer to get it less tough. The sides made the meal, though. Rice, beans, macaroni, and potato salad are all delicious. Drinks are not refillable, so beware. Overall, an okay experience, but there are better bbq places close by for about the same price range.

Well this (was) our favorite bbq place. Today's brisket potato tasted like if the meat was reheated. Even my younger daughters tasted the difference. My fajitas were not fresh you could tell the difference between fresh and reheated. I'm just disappointed. But it's been good for the last 10plus years.

Favorite BBQ in South Texas! Been coming here for over 20 years! Brisket is smoked excellent and sides are a perfect match! Peach cobbler is hands down the best I've tried!

I didn't see that they sell beer or other drinks. I also didn't see that they welcomed BYOB. Good food.

Turkey leg was very filling. Sad they Don't have fountain drinks only lemonade and sweet and unsweet tea. 16oz bottle drinks avilable

Been several years since I have been there, I remember it was better. If your going to charge over 3 dollars for tea please be fresh brewed and not instant.

The atmosphere to this place is pretty awesome. Very rustic look. Very nice. We ordered the baked potato with brisket and 1/4 lb of brisket on the side with 2 drinks. Sweet tea was out, we asked if they could put more out and they didn’t do until we were practically done eating. We had to get something else. Usually the bbq places we go to, if we order brisket they give us slices of bread, here they didn’t so we went back to ask and said it was 53 cents. We pay and we get 1 single piece of bread 💁🏽‍♀️ that’s just dumb. Overall they serve you good portions so I guess.

Fast serving the food. I can make without the motionless unhappy sour faces. Us fat persons go warm friendly hospitality. Thanks.

This place looks legit BUT I saw so disappointed! So many corners are cut! Chicken was somehow moist but at the same time dry as well as flavorless And it was dark meat. Brisket dry! Mac and cheese is over cooked noodles with canned cheese no salt no nothing! And the most annoying they said they have sweet tea is probably Brisk! 😬😬😬 and the last thing is no Togo boxes. It seems to me they are really trying to save money. To many corners cut for my taste. The positive thing about this place is the building itself.

Picked up and was ready when they said it would be. Beef rib was tender and tasty. I love their Cole Slaw with apples and raisins. All was tasty.

Best tasty and juicy pork ribs around here. I was impressed with their remodeled dining area. Good customer service and pleasant atmosphere like always.

Since i can't eat dairy i got a fajita taco some bbq sauce and some pickles mmmmmm very good and a big slice of pecan pie delicious

Went there twice already and I love it. I tried the loaded potato first and it was delicious. The second time I ordered a plate with brisket and various sides. The green beans were my favorite side. They were seasoned well, I also loved the coleslaw. It had apples and raisins which is different but made it better for me. My best friend had Mac and cheese as a side and that was really good too. I love the atmosphere here, it's very country and home like. There is a lot to chose from on the menu. Definitely will come back and try everything pm the menu!

Had the ribs and 3 sides can say this is a very good place to eat Ribs had meat that would fall off the bone slaw was very good we sure will try to eat there again

It is so good. I cannot stress this enough. The meat and sauce have just enough heat to give a slow, delicious burn without being too hot. They cut their meat enough to be portioned out plentifully, but not too finely. I find BBQ places either cut their meat in slabs or shreds, but theirs is perfect. The Stuffed Baked Potato with Beef is the best potato you'll have. Their potato salad and green beans are wonderful. At first we were iffy about their BBQ since it's on the thin side and we like thicker sauces, but it goes perfectly with their food. Try Willie's. You won't regret it!

First time we go there, usually go elsewhere in pharr not Alamo. This was a total waste of money. Food Was very dry, couldn't be eaten . brisket and chicken. Very disappointed in young girl taking order, food was a total disaster, reheated, was nothing except coleslaw that could be eaten. Tried calling back and no answer .smell outside nice . food is just here, ready for some stray to consume.was told go Back. Went Today and young man outside denied me a good plate, rude and customer is Always right policy here does not apply here.

Briskets are great! $7.50 lunch special with two sides. Loved it, also very quick in serving. Will definitely go again.
